Modes: Fully automatic, manual, NMES and programming modes.
- Fully automatic mode: Threshold is set automatically by the unit to accommodate
the actual performance of the patient. Only adjustment required is the stimulation level
which can easily be done by the patient.
- Manual Mode: Works like the fully automatic mode where the stimulation is
triggered by exceeding the threshold. Threshold is set manually.
- NMES: Neuro Muscular Electrical Stimulation. EMG is switched off and cyclic
stimulation is applied.
